About
A dynamic clinical social worker with over 14 years of experience in the medical and behavioral healthcare fields, Hayley is now a consultant for Carelon Behavioral Health & BNY Mellon. Hayley is a passionate advocate for transgender youth and their access to competent, affirming medical care.

Part of her commitment to expanding access includes delivering employee education & training around mental health, gender identity, implicit bias, and suicide-risk. She offers 1:1 coaching for clinicians as well as practice-wide consultations for creating a gender-inclusive space.

Hayley holds two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Georgia and earned her master’s degree in social work at the New York University Silver School of Social Work. She is a SIFI-certified clinical supervisor, a Certified Clinical Transplant Social Worker, and a Certified Employee Assistance Professional.
